Getting Started Questions:

How Do I Get Started?

Great Question! Our getting started process is a very simple three (3) step process.

Step 1: Select the package that is right for you (See Pricing Page)
Step 2: Check out (Remember to create an Growth Launchpad Account)
Step 3: Fill out the Instagram Credentials & Demo Graphic Form.

That is it! After we receive your form we will begin strategizing your ideal demographic. Compiling the best targeting strategy. You will start seeing followers in 24-48 hours.

How Much Does It Cost?

We have two standard pricing models:

1.) $79 per month package. This is a month to month package, that allows you to cancel any time. This package is paid monthly.

2.) $59 per month package. This package is paid annually.

If you have multiple accounts please feel free to contact us, as we do offer a discount for multiple accounts.

Is My GLP Account different then my Instagram Account?

Good question. Yes, your Growth Launchpad account (GLP Account) is where you can update your payment options, while your Instagram account is your actual account you use on Instagram.

Your GLP account is set up during the check out process. The email you use during check out will be your username and you will be auto assigned a secure password.

What if I have multiple accounts?

If you have multiple accounts (4+) you can reach out to us directly through out contact page and we will work with you on getting a bulk discount.

If you have 3 or less accounts, you can easily add multiple accounts during the check out process. Once you select your plan, you will be given the option in your cart to add +1 Instagram account.

Am I Allowed to resell/upsell your services?

Absolutely! If you want to sell our services to your clients at a mark up, we can totally accommodate you. We can work with you to set up the monthly reports to say from “*insert your company name*”, so your clients never know you are are using us as third party.

Questions About The Service:

Why do you need my Instagram username & password?

Your login info is required to establish connection with Instagram and access the Instagram API, but we never actually log into your account. In order for us to connect your account to our targeting system, Instagram requires that we provide your username and password. Without this information, Instagram will not allow our system to target new fans on your behalf.

Is it 100% safe to use your service?

Absolutely 100% Safe. We play well within Instagram’s rules, stay below their daily limits, and spread our activity out over a 12-16 hour period to make sure we stay compliant. We also take the security of your account very serious. Never will we share your login credentials, or do anything that will knowingly put your account in risk.

Note: while we stay under the daily limits, we can not control if you do massive additional liking that could trigger a warning by Instagram. We advice you not to go in and start liking/following at a rapid rate on top of our strategy.

What kind of reporting will I get?

We provide you with a monthly report (within 4 business days of the month end), presented as a both a PDF and as an interactive web report. On your report you will be shown metrics on:

  • Follower Growth
  • Following Statistics
  • Post Statistics
  • Total Engagements (Likes & Comments)
  • Most Recent Post Statistics (Engagement Rate, Comments, Likes)
  • Best Performing Hashtags by Engagement Rate
  • Bet Performing Post Filters

Can I Still Use My Instagram Account?

Sure thing! We stay well within Instagram’s daily limits, giving you the freedom to continue to use Instagram as you like (like pictures, comments, slide into DMs, etc..). All we ask is that you keep it to regular use. If you start liking 40 photos in 3 minutes, that looks fishy and could trigger a warning from Instagram.

How exactly do you target my demographic?

We get this question a lot. Know how your grandma won’t tell you whats in the secret chili recipe of hers, well we wont give you the exact method. Like that chili recipe, it has taken us a couple years to perfect our strategy so we keep it close to heart. That being said, we will tell you it is a combination of very specific Instagram usage research, a dash of custom liking strategy, a pinch of competitor account monitoring, some follow requests, and a whole lot of love 🙂

Will you post pics and/or videos for me?

As of right now we do not offer full account management, just the growth strategy.

We are strong believers that you should be posting at least 5 days a week and have a  creative theme through out your account. While, we can bring the people to your page, if it isn’t a relate-able experience they are just going to leave.  I mean you wouldn’t want to go to a dull party with everyone just sitting around, right?

Will you respond to, or leave comments?

No we will not. There are just too many variables when it comes to leaving and responding to comments. We want to maintain a genuine interaction and a fake comment is not the right way to do that.

However, you should still comment on posts you find fascinating, and responding to comments that require them. I mean everyone likes a two way conversation, and that is what commenting is used for.

How do you decide to unfollow?

Solid question. Our objective is to only get you active followers. Those ghost followers are useless and provide no value to you. After 5-7 days, if the person has no interacted with, or followed, you, then we un-follow them. We make sure it is at least 5 days so they have ample time to make some type of interactive action.

What if I don't want you to unfollow someone?

After signing up, in our on-boarding questionnaire, we ask you to provide the usernames of the people you want to keep following. We will white list these accounts so they will never be un-followed.

In the future, if you add a friend or someone you want to keep following, you can drop us a message on our contact form and we will make sure to add them to your white list.

Are you going to like weird/inappropriate posts?

We get asked this question a lot! We have scoured Instagram for all the inappropriate hashtags being used, as well as searched all the dark web sites for the ones that might slip by (looking at you # ? ? ? ? ?).  This list is constantly growing and being added to the blacklist of posts that should not be liked. So we cover 98% of the inappropriate stuff.

That being said, people are weird and we can not predict everything. So, there is that small percent that they do slip by our filters. We apologize in advance for them, but we are trying our hardest to constantly weed those out.

Instagram Specific Questions:

Are you affiliated with Instagram?

NO! In no way shape, or form, are we affiliate with Instagram. Instagram is merely the channel that we are best at marketing on.

Why am I being asked to re-authorize my account?

We are automating your activity from your account and sometimes (rarely) the daily limits of Instagram could be exceeded. This is 100% safe and will not risk your account. Simply login to your Instagram account enter the captcha code or press the “yes this was me” button. We will then wait 12 hours before re-enabling your service.

Instagram Said I had To Reset My Password?

This occasionally happens, so don’t be alarmed. Instagram has a lot of check and balances to make sure accounts are real. This is just there way of making sure your account is actually you.

When this occurs, you’ll receive an email from Instagram at the email address attached to the account, asking for you to reset your password. Once, you have reset your password. Please let us know so we can update our service (We will probably send an email as well letting you know your password needs to be reset).

Is having a phone or email verified Instagram important?

YES! Having a verified email address and phone number on your Instagram account will keep the Instagram warning triggers to a minimum. We always recommend using an account that has both.

I changed my password, do you need to know?

Yes. If you update your password, please let us know ASAP by sending us a message via our contact page, or through Facebook Messenger. Our platform will let us know when there is a login error, but letting us know first is always helpful.

Payment & Cancellation:

Are payments secure through your site?

Yes, we are PCI Compliant. We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which is secured using an encrypted SSL certificate.

How do I cancel?

We never like seeing anyone leave, but we understand sometimes you have to say goodbye. If you want to cancel you can log into your GLP Account and you will have the option to cancel your subscription. If you are having trouble please feel free to reach out to us via our contact page.

What is the refund policy?

When you register with Growth Launchpad, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your plan and these policies.

For Month to Month Plans, no prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the paid up period. The cancellation will go into effect the immediate month after the already paid period.

If you cancel an annual plan, you will be refunded the prorated amount after the completed month you canceled. (Example: if you cancel on the 15th of the 7th month you will be refunded the prorated amount for the remaining 5 months).

In order to be fair, no exceptions are made.

How is the month to month package billed?

Our monthly plans are month-to-month, billed in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. Monthly plans automatically renew every month. You are billed once per month on the renewal day, which is the same day of the month on which you signed up for the plan.

What happens if my monthly payment doesnt go through?

If Instagram Launch Paid is unable to bill your credit, your account will enter the dunning process and we will try to charge your account 2 more times for the next 2 days. After this period if unsuccessful we will terminate your Account. Accounts that have been terminated after dunning, may be reactivated if valid payment information is entered and we can successfully charge the card for all debits made on the account since the failed charge.
